Kurt Nilsen is such an amazing, talented musician and singer. His vocal range is almost unheard of. His fallcetoo is smooth and comes so easy for him. I tuned into "World Idol" to cheer on my girl Kelly Clarkson, but ended the show cheering for Kurt Nilsen to win!! He was clearly the winner from the minute he sang. The minute he opened his mouth and sang the first few notes, I was hooked. My mouth dropped open. It was breath taking listening to him sing. That very next day, I got on my computer and
" googled" him to see what else I could find out about this marvelous Norwegian singer. I spent hours watching his Idol performances. I soon ordered his first Cd "I", and every Cd he has made after that. I am thrilled to announce that I am flying to Oslo, Norway to see him LIVE in concert in May.(2009)
I couldn't be more thrilled. I don't say this to brag about my trip, but to say, that's how respected and loved Kurt is by his fans. That we will travel far, far, distances to see him perform. He's one of a kind. He's truly Norways brightest gem.
